Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel. Any claim regarding damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided. Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting effects, camera photography, or screen/display settings. Such minor differences shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers cannot claim refunds, compensation, or cancellations solely due to delayed deliveries and must wait for the updated delivery timeframe.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for receiving their parcel at the provided address. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the parcel may be returned by the courier.

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges must be paid again by the customer.

  • No refund will be issued for failed delivery attempts.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed in every situation. Once an order is confirmed and processed, payments are generally non-refundable unless approved under valid circumstances according to this policy.

Shipping charges, handling charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before placing an order.

Legal & Policy Agreement

By purchasing from our website, customers agree to all our policies, terms, and conditions. Customers agree not to initiate unnecessary legal disputes, chargebacks, or claims regarding minor issues, delivery delays, color variations, or policy-covered matters.

Any dispute must first be discussed with our support team for resolution.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request if the product does not meet our return eligibility conditions or if misuse, damage, tampering, or policy abuse is detected.

Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent activity, fake claims, abusive behavior, or attempts to misuse our policies may result in order cancellation, permanent restriction from our services, and refusal of future orders.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
